Where Workleap fits better

From what Workleap’s own pages say, line by line:

Engagement surveys

  • Workleap. Workleap Officevibe delivers surveys as private messages in Slack or Microsoft Teams. Its surveys come in 8 languages, and people can answer in its iOS and Android apps. It compares your scores with an industry benchmark.

Reviews and 1:1s

  • Workleap. Workleap's agents schedule 1:1s, prepare agendas and draft reviews in the manager's voice. Engagement surveys, 360 reviews and goals come in the same plan, with Slack and Teams notifications and iOS and Android apps.

Where Facets is different

  • A seat per manager, from one manager. A manager with eight reports pays the Manager plan's $7 a month, billed annually ($84 a year), and the eight people are never charged. A single manager can hold a seat on their own, and the people they lead never sign in or need an account.
  • Engagement cycles bought when you want one. An engagement cycle is priced once per survey of the whole organization, by headcount: from $999 up to 100 employees to $9,499 up to 2,500. A second cycle in the same calendar year is 60% of list. Two cycles in a year at 100 people cost $999 and $599, $1,598 in all: about $1.33 a person a month.
  • A range on every score, and no comment quoted. Every group’s score comes with a 95% range, how far it could move by chance, and a change since the last cycle is marked only when it is reliable. Written answers are never quoted: where AI is on, they become themes, each from three or more people, for a group that is shown.
  • A conversation after the results. In a cycle that lets managers see their own group, each manager whose group is published can hold a 30-minute team conversation, choosing from a library of 27 cited options, and the team’s commitments are checked six weeks later. Since 29 October 2026, options to consider also appear beneath the cycle’s written summary.
  • Assessments where the manager chooses the rating. Quarterly and end-of-year assessments start from the manager’s own answers and written input from up to ten colleagues. A model drafts from both; the manager chooses the performance band and writes why, and the model never picks it.

Using both

Facets does not have to replace Workleap. Its surveys are bought one at a time, so a company that keeps Workleap Officevibe for engagement surveys can still run a Facets team survey for one team of 3 to 12 people, or a Leadership 360 for one leader, without a second subscription.

What a Facets survey finds stays out of performance records. Team survey and engagement answers do not move into the manager tools; the one route is a Leadership 360 summary the leader chooses to send.

Questions

Is Facets an alternative to Workleap?
For parts of it. Workleap sells engagement surveys, as Workleap Officevibe, and the manager's tools in the same plans, for a yearly fee plus a fee per manager. Facets sells engagement cycles one at a time and its manager tools per manager.
How do Facets' prices compare with Workleap's?
Workleap's pages list Standard from $4,999 USD billed annually, plus $32 a manager a month. Facets' manager tools are $7 a manager a month, billed annually, and an engagement cycle is $999 up to 100 employees. The units differ, so neither is totalled here.
How does Facets tell a real change from noise?
Every group's score carries a 95% range, and a change since the last cycle is marked only when it is reliable, so a small movement is not read as a real one. On Workleap's pages: fixed 0.5-point trend rule.
Are Facets' engagement surveys anonymous?
They are confidential, not anonymous. Facets links each response to the person who gave it, so they can finish later and answer only once, but nobody with an account can read another person's answers as written.
Can I try Facets before buying?
Yes: the Manager plan has a 30-day trial, and an engagement cycle can be bought on its own, one at a time. On Workleap's pages: demo on request.
