Pricing
Priced by what you run.
Everything is bought in the unit it comes in — a run, a leader, a cycle, a manager seat. Setting up costs nothing and needs no card; the price is at the moment you open something, and nothing you have already run stops being readable when you stop.
For teams
The team survey, sold per run. This is the developmental half — individual ratings are never readable by a manager.
Team
One run for one team, with the written coaching pack and meeting agenda.
$199per team, per run
- One run for one team, 3–12 people
- Full scores, climate, and network results
- The structured debrief protocol, and a private note for every member
- Written coaching pack and meeting agenda
Team, annual
A year of runs, as many as you like, for up to three teams.
$349per workspace, per year
- Everything in Team
- Run as often as you like for a year
- Up to 3 teams, up to 12 people each
For leaders
Two directions: the Leadership 360 is what your team says about you, sold per leader; the Manager plan is the record you keep about the people who report to you, sold per manager.
Leadership 360
Upward feedback for one leader, with a written brief and a facilitator view.
$99per leader
- One leader, 3–25 raters
- Written brief with self-view comparison
- Comment themes, paraphrased and never quoted
- One or two follow-up questions per rater, written from their own answers
- Optional facilitator review before release
- Commitment tracking
Manager
The manager tools for one manager: goals, check-ins, guides and assessments.
$20per month
- One manager, up to 35 people tracked
- Goals, quarterly check-ins and bands
- Conversation guides and 1:1 agendas
- Quarterly and end-of-year assessments
- Colleague input, CSV and Markdown export
- Idea boards for your team, names on your terms
For organizations
Two things, bought two ways: the Organization plan puts the manager tools in front of every manager at once, priced per manager rather than per employee — and an engagement cycle asks everyone the same questions once, priced per cycle by company size.
Organization plan
Manager tools
The manager tools across a company, priced per manager rather than per employee, and cheaper the more managers you have.
$16per manager, per month
- Everything in Manager, for every seat
- Billed annually, five seats minimum
- The rate falls as you add managers, in steps
- Employees are never counted or charged for
- Org administration and consolidated billing
- Roster continuity when a manager leaves
- Idea boards for your team, names on your terms
Bought per cycle
Engagement cycle
Ask everyone in the organization the same questions once. A run is a team; a cycle is an organization.
$999and up, per cycle, by company size
- Priced by size: $999 / $1,799 / $2,999 / $4,999 / $9,499 for up to 100 / 250 / 500 / 1,000 / 2,500 employees
- A second cycle in the same calendar year is 60% of list
- Between bands, top-up blocks at your band's own rate — ten or fifty seats at a time
- Group numbers with error bars for the organization, each unit, and each manager
- Your own questions at no extra cost — up to 10 with a fixed answer and 3 open, one-time or every cycle
- Groups too small to report are left out, never quietly included
- Above 2,500 employees, an Enterprise agreement — published, but quoted
An organization of 5 managers starts at $960 a year, and every employee they track is included at no extra cost. The rate falls as you add managers, down to $7 a seat a month.
| Managers | Per manager, per month | How it is bought |
|---|---|---|
| 1–24 | $16 | In the app, any time |
| 25–99 | $13 | In the app, any time |
| 100–299 | $11 | In the app, any time |
| 300–999 | $9 | In the app to 500 seats, then quoted |
| 1,000 and up | $7 | Enterprise agreement |
Worked through: 25 managers is $4,764 a year, 100 is $16,440, and 300 is $42,816 — an effective $11.89 a manager a month. Seat counts up to 500 are bought and changed in the app; above that they are part of an Enterprise agreement.
Engagement cycles, band by band
Bought once, for the whole organization. Not per month, and not per person per month — so the bill does not arrive again, it does not move when somebody joins mid-cycle, and running one costs the same whether the answers are good or bad.
| Employees | One cycle | A second cycle in the same year |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 100 employees | $999 | $599 |
| 101–250 employees | $1,799 | $1,079 |
| 251–500 employees | $2,999 | $1,799 |
| 501–1,000 employees | $4,999 | $2,999 |
| 1,001–2,500 employees | $9,499 | $5,699 |
Between the bands
You are rarely exactly 100 people. Above a band you add top-up blocks, priced at the rate the band you are already in charges — $100 per 10 / $75 per 10 / $60 per 10 / $50 per 10 / $190 per 50 as the bands go up. So 101 people is the up to 100 employees cycle plus one block rather than the band above it: about $10.88 a head against $9.99 at 100. Without blocks that step would be 1.78×.
Blocks come in ten or fifty seats rather than ones, so the price stays something you buy rather than a headcount we track: one extra person buys a whole block, and you keep the rest of it. The block gets bigger on the bigger bands for the same reason — fifty at a time above a thousand people, because a hundred and fifty ten-seat blocks on an invoice is a headcount by another name. Topping up is the cheaper route to about 170, 400, 830, 1890 people on each band; past that the band above is simply cheaper and you get that instead, without having to work out which is which.
Above 2,500 employees a cycle is quoted rather than bought from this page — not because the arithmetic stops, but because an organization that size needs the questions in more than one language, a roster fed from your HR system, and in much of Europe a works-council consultation before anyone is asked anything. The prices are published all the same, from $25,000 a year.
For practitioners
For coaches and facilitators running Facets with client teams — priced so that reselling a run at a normal professional markup leaves the margin with you.
Practitioner

$89per month
- Everything in Team and Leadership 360
- 4 runs a month included, extra runs $75
- Facilitator brief, release gate and confidential channel
Practitioner certification
Optional by design: nothing in the product is or will be locked behind it.

Practitioners — on the Practitioner plan or certified — run cycles for their clients at 25% off list; a second cycle for the same organization in the same calendar year is 60% of list, and the two do not stack.
What is never behind a paywall
The structured debrief protocol is in every plan, permanently. Feedback delivered without a debrief has close to no effect, and a meaningful share of feedback interventions make performance worse — so a tier that handed over raw scores with no protocol would be the configuration most likely to damage a team. Charging for the part that makes it safe would be a strange way to run this.
The same goes for the suppression rules, the individual notes, and the fact that managers cannot see individual results. Those are not features; they are the conditions that make the ratings honest.
Export is the third. Whatever happens to your plan, you can always take your records out — every person, every assessment, as a file. Losing a paid feature is one thing; losing access to what you wrote about a named employee is another.
